It would have been much better if there was a few sentences as examples but still it is pretty handy!
I was searching for some app which can help me to practise my russian..Then I saw this app and downloaded it.I thought it would be lame as the others but it has lots of words..Whatever you want to know every word in russian you can find it in here.Plus with its "Word of the day" notification,you can learn many words that you will use later but doesnt come to mind now..With its english to english dictionary you can even learn the origin of the word..One of the must have app in russian catogory

I think word of the day part should be giving words that we could use everyday. I dont want to learn what aardvark is today!
Word of the day is very useful to memorize new words. Random words is also nice feature. i only wish that there was an option that dificulty level could be picked.
Cool. Helped me many times. Useful, quick, convenient and very easy to use. Works both ways English-Russian. Just change the keyboard to suit your needs.

Some bad moments

The Scan and translate function from russian to english is not working.
Poor translations. Peculiar expressions that dont mean anything. Dont waste your time.
While using this immediately an ad played full screen with the five second countdown. This happened pretty often in my experience while I was exploring this app for the first time. Didnt even get into ten full minutes of using it, Im going to use another dictionary
This is a good dictionary. I liked the dictionary when you could access English definitions for English words. I find the word of the day is impractical. The dictionary would be even better if there were phrases using the specified word. But it is easy to use.
downloaded it to use as a dictionary, but it appeared imposible due to lack of words
The free version is useful, however, I upgraded for the pronunciation so that I could hear what the word of the day sounds like in Russian. Unfortunately, the pronunciation is in English. I contacted the developer and, in spite of letting them know that I was connected to the Internet and the pronunciation worked in the words but not the Word of the Day, I have found no fix for this. As a result, I hesitated on upgrading to the full version. As a free app, it will help you find what you are looking for, but its not much different than other apps out there.
